After Oksana Bailey moved to the United States, she noticed that Americans smiled a lot. In her native Belarus, people had poor teeth and didn’t want to smile. She decided she wanted to help people who felt uncomfortable smiling. With her natural perfectionism, dentistry seemed a great career to her.
She founded Angel’s Smile Dental Care Center, focused on patient-centered care, high-level clinical expertise, advanced technology, and a welcoming, clean environment.
