Meet Dr. Oksana Bailey

Dr. Oksana Bailey moved to the United States from her native country of Belarus in 2004. Right away, she noticed how many people smiled here. In Belarus, she had experienced a culture in which smiling was very uncommon, whereas poor dental health was very common. Drawing a connection between the two, Dr. Bailey became passionate about helping people improve their lives through quality dental care.

As a cosmetic dentist, Dr. Bailey loves to transform her patients’ smiles, knowing the positive impact it has on their confidence, self-esteem, mental health, social success, and life satisfaction. But to her, cosmetic dentistry is about more than just appearance; the same treatments that improve aesthetics can also strengthen, protect, and restore tooth structure.

In her practice, Dr. Bailey emphasizes the role of prevention and early detection in preserving tooth structure and minimizing the need for extensive treatment. She takes pride in providing comfortable, compassionate, informed care. Communicating with her patients is both a priority and a pleasure for her.

For Dr. Bailey, each day in her practice is an opportunity to discover, create, and do what she loves. She enjoys getting to know people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. She loves Utah for its beautiful mountain landscapes, changing seasons, family-centered lifestyle, and kind, helpful people.

Dr. Bailey and her husband have been married for over 20 years.  Together, they enjoy winter skiing, hiking, and camping. They love animals and own a farm that raises exotic fallow deer and black buck antelope. In her free time, Dr. Bailey also enjoys swimming, dancing, reading, and cooking.
